No Returns, Only Exchanges

Due to the unique and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  • Order Errors: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with the relevant details and images.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at shopamareis@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting images.
  2. Review: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
  3. Shipping: You will receive an exchange shipping label if applicable. If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover any associated shipping costs. For other exchanges, standard shipping fees may apply.
  4. Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out your replacement as soon as possible.

Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are the only remedy we provide if an issue with your order is verified.

Additional Information

  • All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
